Cashback payment rules

• Cashback is available for customers who have attained “Shark” and to the “Platinum Joker” statuses.
• Accrual of funds to the “Cashback” account starts on Friday at 9:00 and continues until 8:59 Friday of the next week Moscow time.
• Cashback is calculated and paid automatically once a week — on Friday between 9:00 and 10:00 Moscow time.
• Important: cashback is awarded exclusively for the amount of the player’s own funds lost. Cashback is not awarded for the amount of cash prizes lost. “Cash prizes” mean any funds credited to the player’s bonus balance, as well as the last cashback received by the player.
• Cashback will not be paid out if the customer is in the black (wins more than they lose) during the cashback calculation period.
